摘要
圣经中对已婚女性有多处描述,但其标准主要体现在《箴言》"论贤妻"中。本文旨在对圣经中"贤妻"形象进行分析,剖析"贤妻"形象的成因,探讨"贤妻"形象对西方文化尤其是对已婚女性的影响,归结其可归纳为"贤淑"。论文最终旨在说明建立男女间的平等地位需要夫妻双方共同的努力;同时说明在阅读《圣经》这部文化经典的过程中,应摆脱其不良影响,汲取其积极的一面,为建立和谐家庭及和谐社会做出积极贡献。
There are many descriptions of married women in the Bible. However, the criteria of ＂the virtuous wives＂ mainly present in proverbs. This paper endeavors to probe the main demanding of married women and explore why women at that time accepted this treatment and how the demanding influenced the western culture and its women. The final goal is to show that we need collaborative efforts of both in order to establish the equal status between men and women, and that in the process of absorbing the essence of the Bible, we should get rid of the negative influence and absorb the positive ones, thus to make the contributions to build a harmonious family and society.
