试析外国基础教育政策的影响因素

摘要 世界各国在制定和实施其基础教育政策时,无疑会受到诸多因素的影响。在这些因素中,既有社会时代因素、党派政治因素和经济发展因素,又有科技发展因素、文化传统因素,还有区域差异因素、人口增长因素和教育观念因素。正是在这些因素的相互作用下,世界各国制定和实施了本国的基础教育政策,以实现本国的基础教育发展目标。 When the policies of basic education were formulated and put into effect by every countries in the world, it have been influnced by many factors. There were factors which including not only society and times, party politics and economic devel- opment, and science and technique progress, cultural tradition, but also difference of area, population growth, and educational i- dea. Through the action these factors on the policies of basic education, every countries have achieved its objective of the devel- opment of basic education by formulation and taking effect of the policies of basic education.
