学科教学知识(简称PCK),被认为是教师专业知识的核心,在教师专业发展上具有较为重要的意义。了解当前教师的知识结构状况,掌握教师的实际培训需求,能够反思当前的教师培训,影响教师的实际行动,进而影响教师的专业成长。
Pedagogical and content knowledge (Abbreviation PCK) is considered the core of teachers' professional knowl- edge. If we known the knowledge structural condition of the teachers, we can reflect our teacher training in the current , and can affect the teachers' practical action, then affect their professional growth.
