武警部队卫生队内科疾病诊疗能力研究

Study on the CAPF＇ s medical team＇ s competence in diagnosing and treating internal diseases

目的了解武警部队支队（团）卫生队内科疾病诊疗能力现状。方法对全国范围内的武警部队卫生队进行随机抽样问卷调查，分析内科诊疗能力评分、达标百分比、2008～2010年内科疾病门诊量。结果共调查120个卫生队，内科疾病诊疗能力评分的平均值为（0．75±0．04）分，7种疾病总体没有达标，内科疾病门诊量年平均例数为（2317．08±8．22）例。不同区域卫生队评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），不同类型、性质、区域卫生队年平均门诊量差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论卫生队整体上的内科疾病诊疗能力有限，与总部要求存在差距，要通过各种途径提高其内科疾病诊疗能力。

Objective To investigate the current situation of CAPF＇ s medical team＇ s competence in diagnosing and treating internal diseases in the detachment （regiment）level. Methods A questionnaire Survey using Random sampling method was conducted among the medical team in the country to investigate the internal competence score, the percentage of qualified medical team, and the magnitude of outpatient frequency from year 2008 to 2010. Results 120 valid papers were recovered. The figure of the score was 0.75±0.04, 7 diseases are generally not qualified. The average magnitude of outpatient frequency per year was 2317.08±8.22. The medical team＇ s score in different region was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The medical team＇ s average magnitude of outpatient frequency in different kinds, properties and region, were statistically significant（P〈.05）. Conclusion The overall internal competence is weak, it couldn＇ t reach the general headquarters＇ guidelines, and diversified methods should be initiated to enhance the medical team＇ S internal competence.
