在ＴＭＮ系统中，网元具体的接入方式没有规范可遵循。提出了一种网元即插即用的接入方式，并详细阐述了其实现原理和方法。

There is not specification about the connection mode of network elements in the TMN system. In this paper, the plug-and-play connection mode of network elements is put forward, at the same time, the implementation principle and model are expatiated in detail.
