摘要
目的探讨血清尿酸与急性脑梗死的相关性。方法选取155例急性脑梗死患者为实验组及150例非脑梗死患者为对照组,记录临床危险因素及相关实验室检验指标,进行统计学分析。结果脑梗死组血清尿酸水平较对照组显著升高,校正年龄及心血管危险因素后,差异有显著性。结论血清尿酸水平升高为急性脑梗死的独立危险因素,可作为急性脑梗死的临床诊断指标之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum concentration of uric acid and patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 155 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 150 controls,the clinical and laboratory data were recorded and analyzed.Results The serum uric acid levels of patients in cerebral infarction group was higher than the normal control group.After adjustment for age and other conventional vascular risk factors,it was statistically significant.Conclusion Hyperuricemia is an independent risk factor of cerebral infarction,it can be used as a clinical examination to diagnosis for cerebral infarction.
