替比夫定联合中草药治疗肝硬化门脉高压性胃病临床研究

Telbivudine clinical study of combined Chinese herbal medicine treatment of liver cirrhosis with portal hypertensive gastropathy

目的讨论替比夫定联合中草药在治疗肝硬化门脉高压性胃病的临床运用价值。方法将本院2010年3月至2012年2月共收治的门脉高压性胃病患者160例随机分为2组。实验组采取替比夫定联合中草药的治疗方式,对照组采取单纯替比夫定治疗方法。经过1～3个疗程的治疗,通过胃镜检查等手段评价疗效。结果经过治疗,实验组的治愈、显效、有效例数分别为16、23、38例,总有效率为96.3%,与对照组的9、32、32、7和91.2%差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胃镜检查结果则表明,替比夫定联合中草药可以有效促进症状消失与改善。结论替比夫定联合中草药治疗门脉高压性胃病较之单纯的使用替比夫定具有更好的疗效,值得在临床中进一步广泛推广。

Objective To discuss the to telbivudine joint Chinese herbal medicine use in the treatment of liver cirrhosis and portal hypertensive gastropathy clinical value.Methods 160 cases of portal hypertensive gastropathy in patients with I were treated in hospital in March 2010～2012 February were randomly divided into 2 groups.The experimental group take of telbivudine joint Chinese herbal medicine treatment,the control group to take the simple treatment of telbivudine.After 1-3 courses of treatment,evaluated by means of endoscopy and other.Results After treatment,cure of the experimental group,effective,effective cases were 16,23,38 cases,the total effective rate was 96.3%,9,32,32,7 and 91.2% of the control group there was significant difference P〈0.05.Gastroscopy showed that telbivudine joint Chinese herbal medicine can effectively promote the symptoms improve.Conclusion Telbivudine combined with Chinese herbal treatment of portal hypertensive gastropathy telbivudine has superior efficacy compared with the simple use,it is worth further clinical widely.
