摘要
目的探讨胎盘植入的产前声像图特征,以提高彩色多普勒超声产前诊断胎盘植入的准确性。方法对本院产科初诊为疑似胎盘植入的23例患者的彩超及磁共振检查资料进行回顾性分析。结果 23例疑似胎盘植入患者中确诊12例,产前彩色多普勒超声检出8例胎盘植入,误诊6例,诊断一致率66.67%。结论结合临床并准确把握产前胎盘植入声像图特点,能提高彩超对胎盘植入的诊断符合率。
Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic characteristics of placenta accrete during prenatal,and to improve the accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound in clinical diagnosis.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the data of 23 patients with implanting placenta suspected clinically,compared with their color doppler ultrasound and MRI examination results in our hospital.Results Among the 23 cases of suspected placenta increta,8 cases were diagnosed by antenatal color doppler ultrasound,6 cases was misdiagnosis,the diagnostic coincidence rate was 66.67%.Conclusion Combined with clinical data and the antenatal color doppler ultrasound image feature in placenta increta,it can improve the diagnostic coincidenct rate of placenta increta by color doppler ultrasound.
