盐酸伐昔洛韦联合美能治疗带状疱疹的临床应用观察

目的评价盐酸伐昔洛韦合美能(复方甘草甜素)治疗带状疱疹的临床应用情况。方法回顾性分析入院就诊的100例带状疱疹患者,其中50例患者给予盐酸伐昔洛韦0.13g,2次/d口服;另50例患者B组给予盐酸伐昔洛韦联合美能。疗程均为10d,记录用药后临床症状和体征变化情况。并比较疼痛消失时间、结痂时间,并进行有效率的比较。结果 A组患者的治疗有效率低于B组。在不良反应、疼痛消失时间、结痂时间上B组优于A组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸伐昔洛韦联合美能治疗带状疱疹疗效好,见效时间快,并可降低后遗神经痛的发生率。在临床上有较好的临床应用。

Objective To evaluate the hydrochloric acid valaciclovir beauty can （compound licorice sweet grain） treatment of herpes zoster clinical application.Methods Retrospective analysis of 100 cases of hospital admission shingles patients,including 50 patients given hydrochloric acid valaciclovir 0.13 g,2 times a day oral.Another 50 patients of group B give hydrochloric acid valaciclovir joint beauty can.Treatment for all 10 days,record after clinical symptoms and signs of change.And compare the pain disappeared time,scabby time,and efficient compared.Results A group of the treatment of patients with efficient below group B.In adverse reactions,pain disappeared time,time of group B scabby better than A group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The hydrochloric acid alocycloir treatment shingles joint beauty can good curative effect,fewer side effects,in clinical have better clinical application.
