多通道微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗复杂性肾结石疗效分析 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨多通道微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗复杂性肾结石的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年05月至2012年03月我院收治的45例复杂性肾结石患者临床资料,45例患者均采用多通道微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗。结果本组45例患者中32例行双通道,13例行三通道完成手术,其中Ⅰ期手术结石取净率84.4%,Ⅱ期结石取净率95.2%。手术时间70~180min,平均110min。术中出血量80~450ml,平均120ml。术后住院时间7~14d,平均9d。结论多通道微创经皮肾镜取石术可弥补单通道的不足,可有效处理各种复杂性肾结石,缩短手术时间,提高结石清除率,值得临床推广。
