摘要
The kick-off meeting for Technical Standards Project of the National Science ＆ Technology Pillar Program （2011-2015） was held in September in Beijing. Some 70 representatives from MOST, SAC, MOE and MOT attended the meeting together with the expert panel and related project personnel.
