摘要
Technical Committee on evaluation and qualification of electrical insulating materials and systems of IEC （IEC/TCI 12） held its annual meeting in Shanghai from September 10 to 14, 2012. The mecling was hosted by IEC China National Committee, and co-organized by China Eleclrical Equipment Industry ＂Association （CEEIA） and its related electrical enterprises. Altogether 60 representatives from 10 counlries and the Central Otfiee oflEC attended the meeting. Yang Qiming, Standing Vice Chaiperson of CEEIA spoke to congratulate the meeting.
