马兜铃酸肾病——一种可以通过强化草药制品管理得以预防的疾病
摘要
20多年前，一份比利时的报告描述了9位罹患快速进展性纤维化间质性肾炎的女性病例，她们需要透析治疗或出现进展性肾损害。所有这些人均服用了一种含有马兜铃属草药的减肥药，该类植物自20世纪80年代即已知具有肾毒性和致癌作用。这组肾脏病学家在5年内确诊了超过100例马兜铃酸肾病患者，其中近半数患者后期发现上尿路肿瘤。
