摘要
目前校园网的计费问题亟待解决，作者研制了一个基于代理机制的网络计费软件。介绍了其设计思想与实现技术，对该软件的系统功能、体系结构、数据流程及实现的关键技术作了详细的论述。
In campus network's management, how to count the network fee is a problem need to be solved urgently. We have designed a network conter based on the theory of proxy. In this paper, we introduce the design and implementation of the counter. The main functions, architecture, dataflow and key techniques are also discussed in details.
