摘要
孤立性肺结节检测多采用X线、CT扫描,而MRI很少被应用于其中。随着MRI新技术的发展,MRI可利用其独特的优势,对肺部进行多序列成像扫描,然后利用其强大的图像后处理功能,可以更加清晰多方位、直观、立体显示肺结节的大小和位置。因此作为一种新的方法,MRI在孤立性肺结节的检测中具有很好的应用前景。本文就孤立性肺结节检测的影像学研究进展及展望进行了综述。
Recently, X-ray and CT scan are often used in solitary pulmonary nodule detection and MRI is rarely used. With the development of MRI: technology, MRI can use its unique advantages for lung imaging scan multiple sequence. Then with its powerful posteprocessing functions, size and position of pulmonary nodules can be displayed more clearly, multiaspectly, intuitionally and tridimensionally. Therefore, as a new method, MRI has good prospects in the detection of solitary pulmonary nodules. In' this paper, detection of solitary pulmonary nodule imaging studies are reviewed progress and prospects.
