对卫生保健相关性肺炎概念的合理性和必要性的质疑
摘要
2005年美国胸科学会（ATS）和美国感染疾病学会（IDSA）在成人医院获得性肺炎（HAP）指南中，首次提出卫生保健相关性肺炎（ healthcare-associated pneumonia,HCAP）这一概念，并将HCAP归属在HAP中。在该指南中将HCAP界定为下列患肺炎的患者：（1）近90d内曾住院≥2d；（2）长期居住在护理院或慢性病护理机构；
