摘要
目的探讨2143例0～12岁儿童血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的结果。方法应用SIEMENS Dimension RxL Max全自动生化分析仪检测2143例来本院体检的0～12岁儿童血清ALP,对所得的数据进行统计学处理。结果儿童血清ALP值在3～岁、9～岁和10～岁组男女性别间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余组男女性别间差异均无统计学意义。儿童血清ALP值在1～岁、10～岁、11～12岁年龄组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而其他年龄组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 0～12岁儿童血清ALP水平显著高于成人。儿童时期血清ALP水平与其年龄和性别相关,应根据不同性别、年龄的儿童相应的发育情况给予不同的参考范围。
Objective To analyze the clinical significance of serum alkaline phosphatase（ALP） in children.Methods Serum level of ALP from 2 143 children with the age of 0 to 12 years old children in our hospital attending for the physical examination were measured by SIEMENS Dimension RxL Max AUTOLAB,and the results were analyzed statistically.Results There was a significant difference in the level of serum ALP in children aged 3 to 4 years old,9 to 10 years old and 10 to 11 years old.The level of ALP in children aged 0 to 1 year old and 2 to 10 years was similar in both sex.Conclusion The serum level of ALP in children was higher than the adult.The level of ALP is related to their age and sex.so children serum ALP values should be based on the development situation of children of different gender,age,given the different reference ranges.
