摘要
【目的】研究短时受精(2 h)对体外受精(IVF)多精受精率以及妊娠结局的影响。【方法】对本中心658名IVF患者进行随机分组,分为2 h受精组(A组)和常规受精组(B组),研究2 h受精对IVF受精率(2PN率)、多精受精率(>2PN率)、胚胎质量、临床妊娠率和种植率的影响。【结果】在658名IVF患者中有61名患者由于取消ET没有纳入最后统计,2 h受精组和对照组分别有294和303名患者参与。统计结果显示,短时受精组与对照组相比2PN率显著下降(68.8%vs72.1%,P<0.05),而短时受精组与对照组多精受精率(11.4%vs 11.7%,P>0.05)、可用胚胎率(86.5%vs 86.1%,P>0.05)、临床妊娠率(47.6%vs 42.6%,P>0.05)和种植率(28.6%vs 26.5%,P>0.05)没有统计学意义。【结论】2 h受精没有降低多精受精率,对临床结局没有明显改善作用。
[Objective] To assess the effect of short time insemination (2 hours, 2 h) on the polyspermy rate and the outcome of in vitro fertilization (IVF). [ Methods ] In this prospective study, 658 patients were randomized divided into short time insemination group (group A) and standard insemination group (group B). The rates of fertility, polyspeimy, usable embryos, clinical pregnancy and implantation were studied. [outcome] Sixty-one patients of the total participates were excluded because of no embryos available. The data of the other 597 patients were analyzed. There were 294 patients in the short co-incubation group and 303 patients in the standard insemination group. The fertility rate was significantly lower in group A than that in group B (68.8% vs 72.1%, P 〈 0.05). But the rates of polyspermy (11.4% vs 11.7%, P〉 0.05), usable embryos (86.5% vs 86.1%, P〉 0.05), clinical pregnancy (47.6% vs 42.6%, P 〉 0.05) and implantation (28.6% vs 26.5%, P 〉 0.05) had no significant differences. [conclusion] 2 h insemination did not improve the polyspermy rate and the outcome of IVF.
