应重视脑脊液检查在阿尔茨海默病诊断中的作用 被引量：1

摘要 中、晚期阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer’Sdisease，AD）的治疗效果不佳，研究的注意力已转向其早期诊断和早期干预。长期以来，AD的诊断应用1984年美国神经病学、语言障碍和卒中．老年性痴呆和相关疾病学会（National Institute of Neurological and Communicative Disorders and Stroke and the Alzheimer＇ s Disease and Related Disorders Association, NINCDS-ADRDA）标准。但由于缺乏诊断性标志物，
