伴不常见泪腺分泌异常的急性运动轴索性神经病一例 被引量：1

摘要 吉兰一巴雷综合征（Guillain—Barr6syndrome，GBS）的自主神经损害出现率为27％～79％，主要表现为心律失常、血压波动、发汗异常、胃肠功能紊乱、括约肌功能障碍等，但迄今未见累及泪腺、唾液腺的自主神经功能损害报告。我们见到1例除有心律失常外，尚有泪腺及唾液腺分泌减少的急性运动轴索性神经病（AMAN），并对其神经传导、自主神经指标及临床肌肉运动功能进行了系列检查，报道如下。
