老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折风险预测 被引量:13

The risk predication of hip fracture in elderly osteoporotic patient

摘要 目的分析北京城区60岁以上人群髋部骨折发病的危险因素。为防治髋部骨折提供依据。方法将2008年1月。2010年1月在北京军区总医院住院的112例髋部骨折患者和同时期体检或门诊部收治的60例正常老年人分别作为实验组和对照组,填写调查表,研究人员统一质量控制和回收表格,对影响髋部骨折发生的因素进行多因素Logistic分析。结果多因素Logistic分析得出摔倒、脑血管事件、女性、既往骨折史、体重轻、吸烟、骨密度低与髋部骨折的发生呈正相关。而牛奶摄人量多、户外运动量大、生活自理能力强和髋部骨折的发生呈负相关。结论摔倒、脑血管事件、女性、既往骨折史、体重轻、吸烟、骨质疏松、常喝牛奶、常做户外运动和生活自理能力强与北京地区老年髋部骨折的发生具有明显的相关性。 Objective To analyze the risk factors of hip fracture in aged 60 or above in Beijing district and to supply reference for hip fracture prevention. Methods From Jan. 2008 to Jan. 2010, 112 patients with hip fracture in department of Orthopedics Surgery Beijing Army General Hospital were collected. At the same time 60 people in outpatient or medical department were selected as the control group. Both groups were asked to fill the corresponding questionnaire. Experts were in charge of quality control and questionnaire recovery. Logistic regression analysis was applied and the risk factors on the hip fracture were extracted. Results The major reasons of hip fracture were fall, CVAS, female, history of fracture, less body weight, smoking, less BMD and osteoporosis had positive correlation with hip fractures. Frequent drinking milk, regular outdoor activities, self-care ability had negative correlation with hip fractures. Conclusion There exist significant correlations of hip fracture with fall, CVAS, female, history of fracture, less body weight, smoking, less BMD, frequent drinking milk, regular outdoor activities, self-care ability in Beijing district.
