双固定螺钉内固定治疗急性髌韧带起止点损伤 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨应用双固定螺钉内固定治疗急性髌韧带起、止点损伤的方法和临床疗效。方法采用1或2枚双固定螺钉内固定治疗急性髌韧带起、止点损伤11例。结果本组均获随访9—18个月,平均13个月。切口均一期愈合,无感染、下肢静脉血栓、排异反应;术后8-12周,10例膝关节屈曲度达健侧水平,1例稍差(约100。);髌骨下极骨折3-5个月达骨性愈合;膝关节功能按Lysholm评分标准:优7例,良3例,可1例。结论采用双固定螺钉内固定治疗新鲜髌韧带起、止点损伤是一种治疗方法简单,固定充分可靠,术后能早期功能锻炼,且不需二次手术,疗效满意。
