延期小切口开放复位微创内固定治疗下肢长骨干高能量骨折 被引量:2

摘要 目的探索基层医院治疗下肢长骨干高能量骨折的新途径。方法对42例股骨、胫骨高能量骨折实施延期微创小切口开放复位内固定治疗。结果股骨均在术后4周内主骨折处出现桥状外骨痂,胫骨无明显外骨痂,但内骨痂愈合顺利,切口愈合顺利。结论高能量骨折的延期微创小切口开放复位治疗使已经受损的骨折愈合能力获得修复,产生了比早期闭合复位更好的生长效果,为小切口开放复位开辟了高效愈合的新途径。
