摘要
检索CBM、CNKI及VIP数据库,对2000年以来发表在国内期刊上有关针灸推拿本科教育的研究进行分析,发现近年来国内高等针灸推拿专业教育改革及人才培养的研究文献有逐年增多的趋势,其研究主题以"课程和教学"为主(60%),研究设计的方式多为"非对照研究"(68.2%)。从循证医学教育角度看,其中高质量证据的随机对照研究和主题侧重自身质量与评价的研究很少。可见,关注研究的实际效果评价,提供更多高质量教育实证研究,是高等针灸推拿专业本科教育研究未来发展的方向。
The databases of CBM, CNKI and VIP were retrieved to analyze the research literature about undergraduate education in specialty of aeupuncture-moxibustion and tuina published in national journals since 2000. The research literature has a growing trend year by year and the topics are mainly courses and teaching (60%) and the patterns of research design are mainly non-controlled research (68.2%). From the aspect of evidence-based medicine, there are less researches on randomized controlled research with high quality evidence and topics focusing on self-quality and education. It is the future development direction for undergraduate education in specialty of acupuncture-moxibustion and tuina to put emphasis on the education of practical effectiveness and supply more empirical researches with high quality.
