摘要
目的探索研究生作为助教在中医男科学PBL教学中的应用价值。方法选择本科生随机分成研究生、教师PBL教学组,以及LBL教学组进行教学,通过笔试和问卷调查对教学效果进行评估。结果笔试成绩的PBL教学组优于LBL教学组(P﹤0.05);问卷调查显示PBL教学组在学习兴趣、课堂气氛等方面优于LBL教学组(P<0.05),但在知识的系统性方面,LBL教学组优于PBL教学组(P<0.01)。结论研究生担任PBL助教,既有利于弥补学校师资力量不足,又可提高研究生综合素质。
Objective To explore the practical values of problem-based learning (PBL) in the teaching of TCM andrology when postgraduates working as teaching assistants. Methods The students were divided into postgraduate PBL group, teacher PBL group and lecture-based learning group (LBL group). The teaching effectiveness in three groups was reviewed by using writing examination and questionnaire. Results The result of writing examination was better in PBL groups than that in LBL group (P〈0.05). The results of questionnaire showed PBL groups were better in learning interests and classroom atmosphere than LBL group (P〈0.05), but LBL group was better in knowledge systematicness than PBL groups (P〈0.01). Conclusion The postgraduates working as teaching assistants can help teachers and their comprehensive quality is improved.
