中医内科学心悸病证课堂教学思路探讨 被引量:1

摘要 从心悸课堂教学出发,探讨中医内科学的学习思路和方法。包括:课堂教学从介绍心系病证的共同点开始,利于帮助学生从整体把握同类病证;注意鉴别惊、悸、怔忡等字词涵义,借助训诂学知识,加深学生对病证的理解;通过着重阐释心悸定义,帮助学生更好地统摄全篇知识;以病机及组方思路为主线讲授分证论治部分,突出重点,启发学生自主学习。 The learning thinking trains and methods of Chinese internal medicine were investigated based on the classroom teaching of palpitation. The classroom teaching was started from the introduction of common points of heart diseases and syndromes to help students to master the same diseases and syndromes, identify the word meanings of fright, palpitations and fearful throbbing, and govern the total knowledge well. The part of treatment of different syndromes were taught taking pathogenesis and formula design for stressing key points and arousing students to study autonomously.
