带定位器两用托槽镊的研制及临床应用

摘要 目的:制作一种既能夹持又能将托槽精确定位的托槽镊。方法:将0.483 mm×0.635 mm的不锈钢方丝用转矩钳弯制成两个具有准确预定高度和宽度的"ㄇ"形,游离端做成固定臂,再将固定臂用点焊机分别点焊在镊子柄的两面,横臂与镊子柄长轴垂直,镊子柄末端打磨成5 mm宽度并抛光;粘接托槽时,以镊子夹持托槽就位于牙面,将镊子调头以相应的横臂压入槽沟压紧即可定位,并对托槽的近远中位置及倾斜度进行调整。结果:带定位器两用托槽镊能较方便地定位托槽在牙面的垂直高度﹑近远中位置及倾斜度,较常规Χ形托槽定位器节省操作时间,平均每位患者可少用时150 s。结论:带定位器两用托槽镊具有夹持及托槽精确定位的功能。
