中西医治疗2型糖尿病患者干眼症的临床研究

Clinical research of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine on xerophthalmia basing on non-insulin-dependent diabetes

目的观察芪明颗粒、电脑多功能治疗仪及爱丽滴眼液治疗2型糖尿病患者干眼症的临床疗效。方法研究对象为临床确诊的2型糖尿病干眼症患者60例120只眼,其中30例接受芪明颗粒、电脑多功能治疗仪及爱丽滴眼液治疗(治疗组);另外30例接受常规治疗:采用爱丽滴眼液治疗(对照组),观察治疗前后患者泪液分泌量(Schirmer法)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)及症状的变化。结果治疗后3个月,治疗组总有效率为85.00%(51/60),对照组为51.67%(31/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组BUT及泪液分泌量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论中西医治疗方案对干眼症的中远期治疗有着显著的疗效。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of Qiming Keli,Type-B ultrasonic therapeutic instrument and sodium hyaluronate on xerophthalmia basing on non-insulin-dependent diabetes（NIDD）.Methods：The subjects of study were 60 patients（120 eyes） who were diagnosed as xerophthalmia with NIDD,30 patients were treated with Qiming Keli,Type-B ultrasonic therapeutic instrument and sodium hyaluronate（treatment group）,and the other 30 patients were treated with sodium hyaluronate treatment（control group）.Before and after treatment,tear secretion volume（Schirmer’s test）,break-up time（BUT） and symptom were observed.Results：Three months later,the total effective rate was 85.00%（51/60） in the treatment group,and was 51.67%（31/60） in the control group,indicating significant statistical difference in comparison（P〈0.05）.There was a significant difference in statistics in tear secretion volume and BUT between the two groups after treatment（P〈0.05）,in which the result in treatment group was superior to that in control group.Conclusion：The therapeutic regimen of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine is significantly efficacious in treatment of xerophthalmia with NIDD at a metaphase and specified future date.
