腹壁脾种植误诊为肝脏肿瘤一例 被引量：6

摘要 患者男，67岁，因体检发现肝占位1周入院。既往50年前因脾破裂行脾切除术，1年前因脑出血住我院治疗。无乙肝及丙肝病史。
