摘要
采用液相烧结法制备了Al4FeSi/Al铝基复合材料,采用的工艺分别为1200℃×12 h及1100℃×2 h。用扫描镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)研究了该复合材料的相组织和成分。结果表明:对于采用1100℃×2h工艺处理的结果,XRD结构分析与SEM背散射相成分的分析结果相一致,样品所含有的相分别为Al4.5FeSi、Al3Fe2Si和Al,以及少量Fe和Si;对于采用1200℃×14h工艺的处理结果,XRD结构分析与SEM背散射相成分分析结果相一致,样品所含有的相分别为Al4.5FeSi和Al,以及少量的Fe和Si,这说明高温、长时间保温是制备增强相较单一的Al4.5FeSi/Al复合材料的必要条件。
ALFeSi/A1 aluminum matrix composite was prepared by liquid-phase sintering under the condition of being heated at 1100 ℃ (1200 ℃) and kept for 2 h (12 h). The microstructure of the alloys was investigated by SEM and XRD. The results show that, for the case of being heated at 1100 ℃ (1200 ℃) and kept for 2 h (12 h), XRD structure analysis and SEM backscattered composition analysis both indicate that the sample is composed of A14FeSi(Al4FeSi), Al3Fe2Si and Al(Al) phases, small quantum of Fe (Fe) and Si (Si) phases. It is evident that the sample with nearly single reinforced phase is easier to be prepared under the condition of being heated at high temperature and kept for long time.
