摘要
综述了近年来TiO2纳米管阵列、非金属掺杂以及金属掺杂TiO2纳米管阵列晶化的最新研究成果,指出TiO2纳米管膜晶化的核心工艺参数为晶化处理温度、升降温速率、热处理气氛等,并对今后的研究提出了展望。
The new research achievements of crystallized pure TiO2 nano-tubes array, nonmetallic doped TiO2 nano-tubes and metallic doped TiO2 nano-tubes were reviewed. The key parameters of the nano-tubes sintered process is crystallization processing temperature, heating and cooling rate, heat treatment atmosphere and so on. The further prospects of the crystallized process were also discussed.
