摘要
研究了深冷处理对铜基多元合金电导率的影响。结果表明:深冷处理能改变铜基多元合金的电导率,且电导率随深冷时间的延长而增加,当深冷时间超过120 min时,电导率增加缓慢。然而深冷处理后再经550℃保温30 min的时效处理,可获得较高的电导率。
The effects of cryogenic treatment on the electrical conductivity of Cu-base multicomponent alloy were studied. The results show that the cryogenic treatment can change the electrical conductivity of Cu-base multicomponent alloy, and the electrical conductivity increases with the increase of the cryogenic treatment time, when the cryogenic treatment time exceeded 30 min, the electrical conductivity slightly increases. However, its higher electrical conductivity is obtained by cryogenic treatment and aging at 550 ℃ for 30min.
