摘要
以某公司丝锥的淬火工艺为依据,采用ANSYS软件模拟淬火冷却过程,得出温度变化和应力分布,从而为丝锥的淬火提供直观、简便的测量方法,同时为丝锥淬火工艺的优化提供可靠的依据。
Based on the screw tap quenching process, the quenching process was simulated using ANSYS software. The temperature variation and stess distribution were obtained. The comparatively intuitive, simple and convenient measuring methods were provided, at the same time, the quenching process of a reliable basis for optimizing was provided.
