摘要
采用MM6观察了Al-4.3Cu-1.6Mg合金的显微组织,并对其硬度、冲击韧度等性能进行了测试,研究了热处理工艺对合金性能的影响。结果表明:Al-4.3Cu-1.6Mg经515℃×6h固溶处理+190℃×12h时效处理,获得了良好的综合性能。
The microstructure of Al-4.3Cu-l.6Mg alloy was observed using MM6, and the hardness and impact toughness of the alloy were measured. The results show that the best performance of Al-4.3Cu-1.6Mg alloy can be obtained after solution treatment at 515 ℃ for 6 h and aging at 190 ℃ for 12 h.
