摘要
对CuZnAl合金在3GPa压力下进行700℃保温10min的热处理,并借助纳米压痕仪对3GPa压力处理后CuZnAl合金微观力学性能进行了分析。结果表明:3 GPa压力热处理后CuZnAl合金的纳米硬度、弹性模量及摩擦系数分别为3.31GPa、88.63GPa和0.247,且弹性模量和摩擦系数的波动幅度较小。
CuZnA; alloy was treated at 3 GPa pressure and 700 ℃ for 10min, and the mechanical properties of the alloy after 3 GPa pressure treatment were analyzed by nano-indenter. The results show that the average nano-hardness, elastic modulus and friction coefficient of the alloy are 3.31 GPa, 88.63 GPa and 0.247, respectively, and the fluctuation of elastic modulus and fi'iction coefficient is small.
