富半胱氨酸蛋白61对转化生长因子β1诱导肾小管上皮细胞凋亡的影响

摘要
转化生长因子β1(TGF-p1)是一种重要的炎性因子,也是介导。肾小管上皮细胞凋亡最关键的细胞因子。富半胱氨酸蛋白61(cysteine-rich61,Cyr61)是一种即刻早期基因产物,在肾损伤、炎性反应等囚素下表达增高。
