摘要
目的探讨Th17/Treg细胞相关细胞因子IL-17,IL-6,IL-23和TGF-β在银屑病性关节炎(PsA)发病机制中的作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定31例PsA患者和30例正常对照者血清中IL-17,IL-6,IL-23和TGF-β的水平。结果 PsA患者血清中IL-17,IL-6和IL-23水平明显高于健康对照组,TGF-β的水平低于健康对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论外周血中Th17/Treg细胞相关的细胞因子IL-17,IL-6,IL-23和TGF-β表达异常参与了PsA的发病过程。
Objective To investigate the alteration and its significance of cytokines IL-17, IL-6 ,IL-23 ,TGF-β associat- ed with Thl7/Treg cell in patients with psoriasis arthritis. Methods IL-17,IL-6,IL-23 ,TGF-β were detec- ted by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） in patients with psoriasis arthritis （n =31 ） and healthy controls（n = 30）. Results IL-17, IL-6, IL-23 in peripheral blood were significantly increased in patients compared with controls（P 〈 0.05 ） ;TGF-β was decreased compared with controls （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion IL-17 ,IL-6,IL-23 ,TGF-β may play a potential role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis arthritis.
