江苏省171例艾滋病抗病毒治疗死亡病例资料的回顾性分析

A Retrospective Analysis on the Highly Active Antiretroviral Therapy Patients who Died in Jiangsu Province

目的分析江苏省艾滋病免费抗病毒治疗死亡患者的生存时间及影响因素,为更进一步实施艾滋病免费抗病毒治疗工作提供依据。方法收集江苏省2005年2月-2012年2月接受抗病毒治疗且在此期间死亡的艾滋病病人入组治疗时的基本情况表及随访表,建立Excel数据库并用SPSS16.0软件分析。结果 171例死亡病人中,主要死因为艾滋病相关疾病,占86.00%。江苏籍占92.40%,男女性别比为2.6∶1。平均年龄(44.16±12.51)岁。已婚或同居占76.60%。感染途径主要为性传播,占64.90%。病人治疗时CD4+T细胞中位数为31个/μL,开始治疗时间与确证时间间隔中位数为2.7个月(P25=1.1,P75=7.0)。死亡时间与治疗开始时间间隔中位数为4.6个月(P25=1.5,P75=13.8)。基线CD4+T细胞水平是生存时间的影响因素。结论江苏省死亡抗病毒治疗艾滋病病人开始抗病毒治疗时机较晚,应早发现、早治疗,同时加强对治疗病人的心理支持。

Objective To analyze the survival time and its inflence factors of the patients who received highly active an- tiretroviral therapy（HAART） during 2005 -2012 in Jiangsu province . Methods According to the base and follow-up data of patients during 2005 - 2012, Excel database was established and statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS16.0 software. Results There were 171 patients who received HAART died totally. 86.00% caused by AIDS related disease. 92.40% of the patients were from local province; the ratio of male to female was 2.6： 1; the average age was 44.16 years old; 76.60% of the patients were married; 64.90% of the patients were infected with HIV through sexual transmission; the median of CIM＋T cell counts of cases was 31 counts/μL; the median of the interval between the time of HIV confirmation and HAART started was 2.7 months,the median of the survival time was 4.6 months. The baseline CD4 ＋T cell count influences the survival time. Conclusion It＇ s late for the AIDS who died to start HAART in Jiangsu province, but it was earlier than before. In view of the AIDS patients were diagnosed late, earlier detection and treatment of HIV positive cases still should be strengthened.
