中药汽疗联合阿维A和复方甘草酸苷治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效观察

The Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Herbs Combined with Acitretin and Compound Glycyrrhizin in the Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的评价中药汽疗联合阿维A和复方甘草酸苷治疗寻常性银屑病的临床疗效。方法将入选的256例银屑病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组应用中药汽疗联合口服阿维A胶囊和复方甘草酸苷片,对照组仅口服药物,疗程8周。结果治疗组有效率为84.62%,对照组为69.84%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药汽疗联合阿维A和复方甘草酸苷治疗寻常性银屑病疗效好,安全可靠。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese herbs combined with acitretin and compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Two hundred and fifty-six patients with psoria- sis vulgaris were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group were treated by tradi- tional Chinese herbs combined with acitretin and compound glycyrrhizin, the control group were treated by ac- itretin and compound glycyrrhizin only for eight weeks. Results The effective rate was 84.62% in the treat- ment group and was 69.84% in control group. There was statistical difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） between two groups. Conclusion Traditional Chinese herbs combined with acitretin and compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris have satisfactory curative effect.
