摘要
恶性骨肿瘤的治疗已进入一个比较成熟的阶段，新辅助化疗及广泛性切除的理念已取得广泛的共识。保肢手术已成为治疗肢体恶性骨肿瘤的经典方法。新辅助化疗能消灭微小转移灶并缩小原发肿瘤，有利于随后的保肢治疗，还可能通过评估肿瘤对化疗的反应，提供肿瘤对化疗敏感性的信息。
