摘要
某大断面H13铝型材挤压模具经过短期服役后,模具分流桥根部发生断裂,对材料的力学性能、组织、化学成分进行了测试分析,并观察了失效断口形貌。结果表明:模具失效原因是由于热处理制度不符合要求,H13钢的硬度偏低、屈强比小、模具的使用温度高、分流桥位置应力集中等因素造成的;建议控制模具使用环境,其最佳使用温度为500~550℃。
After a large section of H13 aluminum extrusion die used for short-term, the die distributary bridge breaked. On the basis of normal stock and manufacturing process, we analyse the stock properties, structure, chemical composition and failure part fracture of the die. The results indicate that the reasons of die failure are heat treatment not met requirements, hardness lower, yield strength and tensile strength ratio lower, the die using temperature high and die distributary bridge position stress focused. The die optimum using temperature is 500 ~550 ℃.
