目的研究应用信息技术（Information Techology IT）推动微创外科手术及临床麻醉学科学快速的发展。方法应用麻醉信息系统对接医院HIS系统．各种仪器设备配有标准化数据接口．麻醉全程数据信息记录打印，随时监控、调整、危重急救。结果传统的纸笔式麻醉记录出现了里程碑式的更新换代。传统的麻醉管理麻醉师要花费大量的时间和精力，从开始麻醉诱导到手术结束到苏醒，全部通过IT记录显示，减轻麻醉师的注意力、体力、精力的高负荷的消耗。结论现代信息技术使得临床麻醉的范畴已经从单纯的手术止痛发展成手术中、术后及围术期的准备与治疗、监测麻醉过程中患者生理功能的变化、调控和掌握患者机体内环境的稳定，以保障患者安全手术。

Objective To study the application of information technology （ Information Techology IT ） promote the minimally invasive surgical operation and clinical anesthesiology scientific and fast development. Method using an anesthesia information system butt hospital HIS system, a variety of instruments and equipment is equipped with standard data interface, anesthesia full data information records print, monitor, adjust, critically ill emergency. Results the traditional pen and paper type anesthesia record appeared milepost type replacement [1]. The traditional anesthetic management of anaesthetists to spend a lot of time and effort, from the beginning to the end of induction of anesthesia operation to awakening, all through the IT records, reduce the anesthesiologist＇s attention, physical, energy consumption of high load. Conclusion modern information technology makes the clinical anesthesia category from simple operation pain developed into operation, after operation and perioperative preparation and treatment, monitoring of anesthesia of patients in the process of change in physiological function, regulation and control patients organism internal environment stable, in order to ensure patient safety operation.
