一种丝束飞花的处理方法

卷烟厂丝束成型车间正常生产过程中产生大量的丝束飞花和粉尘,为将这些丝束飞花和粉尘高效的净化,达标排放,现采用以液体作为除尘媒介的自激式水幕空气净化器。结果表明:经该种自激式水幕空气净化器处理后,除尘器出口的灰尘平均浓度≤2mg/m3。

There will generate a large number of the control filter dust and dust during normal production process in the molding workshop of cigarette factory.In order to purify these control filter dust and dust efficiently and achieve discharge standard,we adopt a new air cleaner which uses liquid as dedusting medium.The results show that： after been purified by this kind of cleaner,the average dust density exported ≤2mg/m3.
