摘要 1定义面神经血管瘤是起源于面神经膝状神经节附近的一种少见的血管性良性肿瘤。于1969年首次被报道[1],生长缓慢,至今未见该恶变和转移的相关报道[2～5]。主要表现为渐进性面瘫,随着肿瘤体积的增大,可能会引起患耳听力下降、头痛、
