额窦炎手术治疗和额隐窝影像解剖学

摘要 额窦炎常为全组鼻窦炎或多组鼻窦炎的一部分,在少数病例也出现孤立性额窦炎。慢性额窦炎是常见的鼻窦炎性疾病,常有头痛、流脓涕和流泪等症状,而头痛可能是额窦病变经常的甚至唯一症状,这一症状严重影响患者的生活质量。目前额窦炎的治疗仍以手术治疗为主,但由于额窦引流通道狭长,窦口周围的解剖复杂且多变,
