参芎对改善化疗引起的心脏毒性的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨参芎葡萄糖注射液对化疗引起的心肌损伤的疗效。方法选择乳腺癌患者及淋巴瘤患者共126人,随机分为治疗组(62例)和对照组(64例),治疗组在化疗基础上加用参芎注射液,观察治疗组和对照组患者的心电图、动态心电图及临床症状。结果治疗组患者的心电图、动态心电图及临床症状均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芎葡萄糖能改善由化疗引起的心肌损伤。 Objective Discussing clinical efficacy of shenxiong glucose injection in the treatment of cardiotoxicity during chemotherapy. Methods 126 patients with breast cancer or lymphoma were ran- domly divided into a treatment group (62 eases)and a control group (64 cases). The treatment group was treated with shenxiong glucose injection 100ml daily during chemotherapy. Electrocardiogram, holter ECG and clinical symptoms were examined before and after each cycle of chemotherapy. Results The cardiotox- icity in treatment group are obviously lower than that in control group, with significant statistical difference between the two groups. Conclusions There is good clinical value in the treatment of cardiotoxicity during chemotherapy with shenxiong glucose injection.
