摘要
目的探讨口腔内科门诊不同挂号模式的优劣。方法抽取2011年5月以来我院3种挂号模式的患者208例,其中现场挂号患者84例,预约复诊患者84例,预约初诊患者40例。比较现行3种挂号模式的候诊时间。结果现场挂号、预约复诊、预约初诊3种挂号模式的候诊时间分别为(48.36±50.18),(10.12±8.68),(24.00±19.04)min,差异有统计学意义(F=27.83,P〈0.01)。3种挂号模式两两比较,预约复诊和预约初诊挂号患者的候诊时间短于现场挂号的患者(t值分别为7.41,3.78;P均〈0.01),预约复诊患者的候诊时间短于预约初诊的患者(t=2.16,P〈0.05)。结论预约挂号与现场挂号模式相比,患者的候诊时间明显缩短。预约挂号是解决门诊患者“挂号时间长、交费时间长、候诊时间长、诊疗时间短”问题的有效措施。
Objective To investigate the superiority and weaknesses of different registration modes in the oral medicine outpatient service. Methods 208 patients who registrated in the oral medicine outpatient since May, 2011 were selected, including 84 site registration patients, 84 further consultation appointment patients, and 40 first visit appointment patients. Summarized the time of patients waiting to see a doctor in different registration modes. Results The time in site registration, further consultation appointment, first visit appointment three modes were statistically different [ (48.36 ±50. 18), ( 10.12 ± 8.68), (24.00 ± 19.04) min, respectively ; F = 27.83, P 〈 0.01 ]. The time of first visit appointment, further consultation appointment were shorter than that of site registration ( t = 7. 41,3.78 ; P 〈 0. 05 ). The time of further consultation appointment was shorter than that of first visit appointment ( t = 2. 16,P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Comparing the appointment mode with the site registered mode, the patients'waiting time is significantly shortened. Appointment mode is the effective measure to solve the problems of clinic patients "long registered time, long waiting time, long paying time, and short time of diagnosis and treatment".
