急性放射性皮炎防治的研究进展 被引量:27

摘要 放射治疗是用各种不同能量的射线照射肿瘤,以抑制和杀灭肿瘤细胞的一种治疗方法,但放射线在杀伤肿瘤细胞同时也会损伤人体正常组织细胞。放射治疗过程中高达90%-95%的患者会出现不同程度的呈剂量依赖性的急性放射性皮炎(radiation—induceddermatitis),急性放射性皮炎在放射治疗过程中几乎不可避免,其中有1/3的患者可发展成湿性脱皮,给患者造成极大痛苦,降低了患者生活质量,
