摘要
新疆克孜尔石窟壁画以菱格画最为著名。菱格画题材多源自宗教,其画面元素亦常与宗教教义联系。菱格画的独特形式在克孜尔地区繁荣,除宗教因素外,也应与该地区偏爱菱形格的传统有关。菱形格在其他地区也被广泛运用,并有较丰富的遗存。菱形构图画面,其突出优势之一是利于石窟壁画的大面积绘制,以满足宗教传播需要。克孜尔石窟菱格画独特面貌的形成,是多方面共同作用的结果。
Themes of Rhombus paintings of Kizil Caves originated mostly from religions.The contents of the paintings are also related to religions.This form of painting prevailed in Kizil because of the local tradition besides the religions.However,rhombus paintings are also found in other places.Rhombus has an advantage in composition of a picture,suitable for large area drawing of religion and cave paintings.And the local people like the rhombus for a long time.It can be concluded that the rhombus paintings of the Kizil Caves resulted from multi-influence.
