消毒剂杀菌试验的实验室间检测结果比对分析

COMPARISON ANALYSIS OF GERMICIDAL EFFICACY FOR A DISINFECTANT AMONG LABORATORIES

目的了解不同实验室间杀菌效果评价结果的差异,提高消毒实验室技术水平。方法依据相同试验方法和条件,对不同实验室检测同一消毒剂杀菌效果进行评价与分析。结果在国内13个有资质的实验室共同对同一种含碘消毒剂、醋酸氯己定和乙醇复方消毒剂进行杀菌效果评价,结果对有效剂量报告的符合率为61.54%。存在的问题主要是有机干扰物和标准硬水的使用、样品稀释和实验条件控制不严格。结论国内消毒专业实验室对消毒产品检测结果偏离较大,需要加强统一培训。

Objective To understand the difference of germicidal effect for a disinfectant between different laboratories so as to improve disinfection laboratory technology level. Methods According to the same test methods and conditions, evaluation for the bactericidal effect of the same disinfectant between different laboratories was made and the results were evalu- ated and analyzed. Results Germicidal effect evaluation to the same disinfectant corttaining iodine, Chlorhexidine Acetate and ethanol by 13 domestic qualified laboratories was analyzed. The accuracy rate of results of effective dose by the reports was 61.54%. The main problems were the use of organic distracters and standard hard water, sample dilution and not strict experiment condition control. Conclusion There is deviation of the results of disinfection product test by domestic disinfection professional laboratory. So the unified training should be strengthened.
